Attendee Decorum Policy
All Baby and Child
values its emerging reputation as the most exhibitor-friendly and buyer-friendly
trade show in the industry. We want each show to provide exhibitors and
buyers with a hospitable environment that will inspire all attendees to keep coming
back.
From time to time, exhibitors at trade shows become overly enthusiastic
in advancing their agendas against competing exhibitors. Such behavior
generally occurs when one exhibitor takes actions at another exhibitor
's booth in a way that impairs the dialogue with buyers.
All Baby and Child wants all show attendees to compete vigorously and effectively.
However, All Baby and Child does not want attendees to create disturbances
in the shows exhibit halls and meeting space or to make the buying experience
uncomfortable for others.
Accordingly, All Baby and Child has adopted a policy of not welcoming to the
show any attendee who does any of the following:
- Disparages another
attendee or exhibitor's products at any time during the event.
- Arranges for legal
papers to be delivered or served on the show floor, in meeting rooms
or any other convention center venue during the event. The ABC Kids Expo is not the forum or legal location (permanent address) for the
delivery of any legal documents.
- Exhibitors and
their representatives may not solicit business outside of their own
designated booth space including, but not limited to, exhibit hall aisles,
foyer or concourse areas, another exhibitors booth location, convention
center restaurants and public areas inside and on the grounds of the
Las Vegas Convention Center.
ABC has the sole authority
to determine whether an attendee is in violation of these policies. Attendees
who do not abide by these rules will be escorted out of the exhibit halls
and will be ineligible to register for future shows with ABC.
Children
Children under
the age of 16 are only allowed into the show during regular show hours
and are not permitted in any exhibit halls, meeting rooms or foyer
areas during designated set-up or take-down hours.
Photography
The taking of
photographs in the exhibit hall or meeting rooms of the Las Vegas
Convention Center is expressly prohibited without the consent of the
exhibiting manufacturer and show management. A professional photographer
is available for exhibitors booth needs by appointment and on a first
come first served basis.
Sales Representatives
All sales representatives
must be registered in order to attend the ABC Kids Expo. Sales Representatives
must independently represent to the retail trade one or more product
lines at this year's show in order to be admitted and must complete
a separate Independent Sales Representative registration form.
